First Question -
Occasionally we will send a print job to a server that is hosting print creator and we do not receive a PDF out the other side. We sign onto the server and see that the job is in PDFCreator queue but somehow PDFCreator is on 'Printer Stop F2.' Unfortunately we cannot unstop it (clicking it does nothing -never clears the checkmark.) Our only option is to exit PDFCreator completely and re start it, but we lose everything in queue.
I've tried looking at the logs but it seems logging is only limited to 100 lines and doesn't really provide us anything useful.
Second Question -
Is there a way to extend the log so it writes to a logfile that continues to grow so we can review history?
We are using the current version on a new build of 2008 Server r2. Thanks in advance!
