Using Batch (Publish) in autocad 2014

I'm having problems getting the correct sheet size in PDF. I'm using PDFCreator and Autocad 2014. I created a template with the correct 24"x36" page Setup. I Batch plot on my station and I get the correct size sheets, 24"x36". If another person tries to batch plot on another station using the same template witht the correct 24"x36" page setup, that person gets either a small 8-1/2"x11", cut off PDF, or a larger 33"x40" weird size PDF.

Is there a way to find out what default page size PDFCreator is using and why it's not using the 24"x36" page setup from autocad?

I'm using Windows 7 Pro and Autocad 2014.
