I am looking for some support on an issue I am having. Currently we have a few users that log into an remote app and need to print from that remote app to pdf and later combine them. Currently when they are on the remote app, they can see the option to print to pdfcreator but when they do nothing happens. If however they log in via RDP and are on the server and they do this it works fine. I am assuming when using remoteapp for some reason it doesn't show the popup screen to save the pdf. I was hoping someone else has addressed this issue before in Remoteapp or Citirx. Thanks in advance.
