Speed up load time, especially when used as Outlook previewer

Is there any way (config tweaks?) to speed up PDF Forge's load times? I have a few modules installed, and it takes "forever" to load, compared to other PDF readers/editors I have used. It's especially slow when being used as a PDF previewer in MSFT Outlook.

If not, suggestion: Load once and cache in memory.
