install problem

The install procedure for version 1.9.5 failed during startup with a complaint about a missing or corrupt folder %systemroot%\system32\webm. Since this folder is in fact present on my machine and not obviously corrupt, I added this folder to the system path. This solved the problem. Perhaps the install procedure should be made more robust, or the error message should be more informative,
