AutoSave & PDF Creator stopped working on XP Machine?

Hi, we have several Win 7PCs and 1 Win XP device. Just done the upgrades recently to 1.7.3 and the XP device has stopped working completely. All others working fine but cant get XP to perform the AutoSave it used to - cant even get it to print a PDF.

Something wrong but dont know what - i've tried uninstalling and re-installing, plus even tried installing 1.7.2 and still wont work.

please can someone help me with this! Am I missing something - any help really appreciated.

I downloaded another PDF Creator last night (we're actually printing TIFF's but using PDF Creator) and the other one I downloaded worked fine so the system is all OK - must be something to do with the PDF Creator Software.

We want everyone on the same software for simplicity - please can someone help / advise on this.
