PDfcreator blank pages on termserver

Hi,

I have been trying to figure out why my PDfcreator has been creating blank pages from IE. I had recently upgraded it to 1.7.2 but it is still not working.  I checked the logs and attempted to troubleshoot and it seemed like the root cause was because it creates a .mtd.

I enabled advanced logging and grabbed that, but I don't know what to make of it.  We are not using Chinese characters like the other articles I saw, strictly English. Here are a copy of the logs.

I am fairly certain I installed it properly, put the termserver in installation mode, ran standard installation (Without pdfarchitect) put it back in execution mode.
