PDFCreator 2.0 Windows 7: Paper size always Letter when printing with Windows Fax&Scan

Hi,
I am using Windows 7 Fax and Scan application and noticed that the PDFCreator 2.0
paper size is always set to Letter whereas the PDFprinter default papersize is set to A4.

So I am expecting A4 papersize when choosing PDFCreator as a printer from any windows application.

Appreciate any help on how to troubleshoot.
