Not clearing the Job Queue

We have 2.0.  We click print to PDFcreator and it pops up to save.  We
click save and it prints/saves the last 20+ jobs.  We clicked "manage"
to maybe delete the old jobs and it wont clear them.  We have unistalled
and reinstalled with no luck.  Please HELP!
