Compine PDFs wint pdfcreator 2.0?

Hi
In Pdfcreator 1.7x and before it is so easy to combine pdfs - just stop printer (F2) - print all the pdf's then choose combine and start printer (F2)
so easy.
It dont seem simple in version 2.0 - or am I missing something?
