PDFCREATOR 2.0 Install Error

Trying to install PDFCREATOR 2.0. When clicking OK to Language (english) I get the following error -

     Runtime Error 359:383
     Access Violation Address 7C929F07
     Read of Address 41504D4F

Tried running it in SAFE Mode (only core windows running) with same error

Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3
