I just upgraded from PDFCreator V1.7 to V2 on a 64-bit Windows 8.1 PC. I use PDFCreator to save copies of a PDF form after filling it out, but since upgrading, some fields are not rendered in the saved .pdf. Missing fields include date and time fields, and one single line text field. Other text fields seem to be rendered properly. I'll be happy to provide a copy of the raw form if necessary.
