PDFCreator Properties > General > Featues the "Paper available" is blank

I have an application that seems to REQUIRE there to be a "Paper available" entry in:

PDFCreator Properties > General >

Other printers I have even the default XPS printer from Micro$oft has a Paper available.  I've seen either:

Letter (8.5 x 11")
Letter
...or other sizes depending on the tray and how each tray is configured.

How can I get the Letter to show up in the "Paper available" setting?
