I have PDFCreator installed on a few Citrix Servers. Randomly when a user tries to Print to PDFCreator and then presses the Email or Save button, the Save as window opens and freezes for 1-3 seconds then closes PDFCreator completely.
If I Go to Start and type PDFCreator and open it from there I can see the query with that document in it, I can usually save it or email it at that point.
If I open PDFCreator and minimize it before running anyprints to PDFCreator it does not seem to crash.
Any ideas?
