Autosave name setting for App running a Window Services as Local Service

I'm having problems trying to get the save file name correct with PDFCreator v. 1.73 for an application that runs as a Windows Service under the Local System account in Windows Server 2012 so it runs in the zero session. All the files are being saved as a ISO date format with a generic template name after that, not what the app commands should be setting the print job name and not what I've setup under the Admin user account.
