PDF/A-2b with password: is it possible?

I'm using PDF Creator v1.7.2 and I realized that when I try to create a PDF/A-2b file type the program doesn't ask me a password even if the selected profile is set for applying it in security tab.

Is it a bug or PDF/A-2b file type CANNOT be password protected?
