pdfcreator does not print entire Web page

I have encountered many Web pages where PDF Creator does not print the entire page, especially if "shrink to fit" is selected.  For example, many eBay pages only print a portion of the page with the default setting, but usually I can get the whole thing printed by setting scaling to 30%.  One recent order I even had to go to 25% scaling to get the whole thing printed.

Today I found a page where I am unable to get the whole page printed.

How am I supposed to get a PDF of this page??
