I had purchased, installed and registered PDF Architect Pro in November 2013. Everything worked properly at that time. I had not used it for about a month. When I opened it this morning I observed all of the modules, except Create, were "Not Activated".
I went back to the registration e-mail from Upclick and tried to re-apply the activation key and received the error "We are unable to activate you application now". It gave me a list of things to try (check internet connection, verify license key, check the firewall) all of which was not useful.
I called tech support who immediately wanted remote access to my PC. It's a work laptop so I am not permitted to allow third parties to access it. She then said she would send me a file that would help me get registered. The e-mail was blocked by my e-mail provider with the message "The message "offline activation for PDF Architect, step 1" from agent152 (agent152@upbill.com) contained a
virus or a suspicious attachment."
So I am stuck. Any advice on what to do next?
