Print multiple copies to one file

We are currently investigating possibilities to realize an enhanced printing workflow in schools using a PDF printer. I am already starting to get in contact with the German sales team (actually I'm just waiting for them to call me back) to talk about licensing, etc.

Unfortunately, there is one problem I am facing that would completely eliminate PDFCreator: printing multiple copies to one file. Usually there is not much need for such a feature - in that point I agree with you BUT: schools in particular have special needs when it comes to printing and as we want to offer new ways of handling print jobs this might become a problem. Teachers need to print multiple copies of their documents to hand them out to their pupils. Using PDF files as a backbone of the printing system requires such features as the printing application would not send a print job to a physical printer but to a "man in the middle" (=PDFCreator). Sadly, my personal favorite PDF printer (PDFCreator) does not have such a feature while almost any other PDF printer does print multiple copies to one PDF without questioning... I'm hoping that I can change your mind about that feature ;)

Currently I'm talking about around 20-30 schools that would buy licenses without turning a hair if only that single feature was present... and there's more schools interested (as I said I'm already starting to get in contact with the German sales team)

Are there any plans for such a feature, is it a "big thing" to realize, or is PDFCreator really "the wrong tool for this"? It would even be sufficient to have a variable for the automatic filename that tells how many copies of the PDF were requested...
